This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were available at any hours. The beds were comfortable and the other guests were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly good hotel and good area. I Certainly suggest First Hotel Grand Falun!

I have booked the room for 5 days with my wife. Beds were being cozy and the space was usually clean up. The staff have been incredibly useful and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large and the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was fantastic. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
